Wear loose, comfortable clothing that can easily be adjusted above the elbows and knees. Depending on the areas being treated, appropriate draping will be provided.

Please eat a light meal within a few hours before your visit and arrive well hydrated. Avoid arriving on a completely empty stomach or immediately after an unusually intense workout.

New Heights Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine does not currently bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service, and a detailed receipt can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
